Get Started

To get started you will need the following:

1. If not already an Invacare Supply Group (ISG) dealer you must visit the ISG web site at www.invacaresupplygroup.com and click on the Register for an ISG Account button or call ISG at (800) 225-4792. When setting up your account, or if you have an existing account, make sure you are on the Home Delivery Plus program with ISG.
   
   
2. DirectHME Dealer Agreement - Click here for a Dealer Agreement. Sign and mail two originals of this agreement to DirectHME, 2931 Kerry Forest Parkway, Suite 203, Tallahassee, FL 32309.
   
   
3. Invacare Supply Group Price Release - This allows ISG to release your pricing to DirectHME so we may import it into the shop cart for you. Click here for ISG price release. Fax the price release to us at (850) 668-2647.
   
   
4. A PayFlow Pro, PayPal Pro, or Authorize.net payment gateway account.*
   
   
5. A merchant account. Either your bank can provide this or click here to learn how to set one up..*

Once you have completed these items, please sign and mail the documents along with your initial payment to:

We must have these documents in-house before we can get started.

Initial Payments:

Standard Cart
$429.95 ($350.00 set up and $79.95 for first month).
Transaction Fee - $0.25 USD (twenty-five cent) charge per EDI
transaction.

Premium Cart
$700 ($400 set up and $300 for first month)
Transaction Fee - $0.25 (twenty-five cent) USD charge per EDI transaction.

Work on your web site will begin once the set up fee, initial monthly fee, content, merchant account and payment gateway information has been received. When your site is completed, we will contact you to schedule a telephone training session, which should take about one hour.
